Masonry works
Structure shall be of R.C.C. framework & all brick work shall be
of first quality bricks.
Flooring
-
24" x 24" vitrified tiles shall be
laid in Living rooms.

16" x 16" vitrified tiles shall be
laid for other rooms.
-
12" x 16" ceramic tiles for wall.
Wall Finishes
-
All internal walls to be finished
with 2 coats of putty, 1 coat premier paint & 2 coats of
emulsion.
-
All external walls to be finished
with one coat of primer 2 coats of exterior Ace
Kitchen:
-
Kitchen work top shall be of black
granite fitted with stainless steel sink.
-
Kitchen storage slabs to be of
cuduppah.
Joinery:
-
Main Door to be of 1st quality Teak
Wood frames & solid core shutter finished with TW finish
laminate. Fitting shall be of good quality brass fittings.

All other doors shall be of Kongu
frames & solid core shutters finished with enamel paint. Fitting
shall be of good quality aluminum powder coated fittings.
Electrical works:
-
All bedrooms shall be provided with
one 2-way light switch apart from regular switch points,
provision for computer, night lamp, mosquito repellent, internet
connection, T.V. point etc.

Kitchen shall have provision for
exhaust system, mixer-grinder, water purifier etc.
-
Geyser points shall be provided in
both toilets.
-
Washing Machine point shall be
provided in one in service area.
-
Cable line provision shall be made.
Plumbing works
-
All tap fitting shall be of Metro /
Ess Ess make.
-
All sanitary fittings shall be of
Parryware / Hindware make.
-
Both toilets shall be fitted with 2
in 1 mixer taps.
-
Grill work: Entrance safety grill
door shall be provided.
-
All balconies shall be covered with
MS grill.
